Larry Wilson is public editor of the Pasadena Star-News, the San Gabriel Valley Tribune and the Whittier Daily News. He is on the editorial board of the parent Southern California News Group, 11 papers throughout the Southland, including the Orange County Register, the Riverside Press Enterprise, the Long Beach Press Telegram and the L.A. Daily News.

For 12 years he was editor of the Star-News, where he has now worked for 33 years.  Prior to overseeing the news side,  he was the paper's editorial page editor. He was on the founding business team at the Pasadena Weekly in 1984, and then was a reporter and assistant editor there.
